As a Plum Partner, you will have a designated concierge who will handle a large portion of your everyday administration tasks.

Callum began his real estate career in 2012 as an Associate Agent, quickly progressing into a Lead Agent role and building more than a decade of experience across multiple real estate businesses. In 2020, he finished in the top five nationally within one of Australia’s national real estate brands.
From there, Callum transitioned into the corporate space as a National Training Manager, where he found a real passion for onboarding, developing and supporting sales agents throughout their careers. He later moved into business growth, working with national real estate networks to help drive expansion and performance a space he has enjoyed working in for the past four years.
Today, as Head of Growth at Plum Partners, Callum is driven by the opportunity to help reshape the real estate landscape and empower agents to build, own and grow their own businesses.
